Tuesday Night League Rules

Two halves; first half 24 minutes and second half 20 minutes

Running clock until 1 minute left in first half and 5 minutes left in second
half

30 second shot clock for the entire second half

Clock Stops on a made basket in the last minute

On the 7th team foul there will be a one and one

On the 9th team foul there will be two shots

A player will be disqualified after a 6th personal foul until there are four
players remaining. If another player receives his 6th foul thereafter, he can
stay in the game but a technical foul will be assessed on top of the foul.

There will be a five second violation for a player holding the ball while being
guarded with no advancement

A take foul during a transition play will result in one shot and the ball
-
Technical foul is two shots and the ball

There will be three one minute timeouts per team for the entire game
-
A timeout called in the last minute will advance the ball to midcourt
-
Overtime is 2 minutes with 30 second shot clock
-
Teams will receive an additional timeout for overtime
-
A timeout called when there are no timeouts left is a technical foul
-
If a team jersey is not worn, a technical foul will be assessed.

Excessive profanity will result in a technical foul as well as taunting and
other verbal abuse

If there is a 20-point margin with two minutes left in the game, the game
will be stopped
Game Start

As soon as the allotted time given for warm-ups is up, the game clock will
start

If there is a 5 on 4 game available the game will begin.

If there are 5 members of one team present and only 3 members of the
opposition present, the team with 3 members will have to begin exhausting
their timeouts.

If after all timeouts are taken and there still aren’t enough players to begin
a game, there will be a technical foul assessed for every minute that goes
by.

A league jersey must be worn, if it is not worn you will receive a technical
foul.
